Hi All
Has anyone used the big brake kits incorperating a disc which is mounted over the hub and not mounted on the rear like OEM.
Looking for the dimensions of the rotor to determine what they're sourced from (BMW etc).
Cheers Paul

Hi Paul,
Do you mean like the Hoppers and UPC style kits?
If so I could measure one of mine.

Both if anyone has them.
I think the UPC kit uses the Commodore (VT etc) 296 / 28mm rotor but I think thats a little overkill for the Escort?

Hi Paul, My Hoppers kit came with Falcon stud pattern, rotors are DBA T2 series from a BA Falcon which is 298mm / 28mm.
Part no's are DBA504E (standard rotor) or DBA504S (T2 series rotor).
Cheers Alex.

Hi Paul,
What Alex said
. Mine are also BA 298mm rotors. Bit on the heavy side.

Do yourself a favour and get the Hoppers kit. You will be glad you did.

A bit more thinking and digging I will again look at my original 283/21mm rotor / RX7 caliper option with alloy hubs as I already have the caliper mounts. Thanks guys.
