What thickeness of flatbar did you use to connect the bumper mounts to the rotissery jpayne?

10mm mate much wider and you may struggle to get it into the slots in the front panel.
The rear 'straps' are a bit bendy so forming a 'T' shape might be worthwhile.
But it only flexed when we moved it across uneven ground at the blasters...denting the rear panel near the tail light apertures.

More social time wasting and a day spent on the house meant not much progress this weekend.
And really just welding already made stuff in.
Parcel shelf spotted in and no discernible distortion yet, have turret top blanks to do yet

Got Link box braces welded in

and B pillar gussets welded in

Not a good day with the welder, just couldn't get it right and of course the welds are very visible...Damn it...and hot weld balls kept finding my left elbow

It may never end!

We all have bad days with a welder, and i`m a boilermaker. You just cant get a good bead no matter what you do.

Looks great, thanks for all the pics, enjoying watching it come together and it'd be a great reference for anyone doing the same..... I may sound like a sadist but I kinda miss all those welding burns now that my bodywork is done and I'm on to fit out, lol.....
Keep up the good work Drew..............
