I have currently stripped out the engine bay.
i am in the process of respraying the engine bay before I put the motor in.
I have had to get some parts like the crank angle sensor and cam angle sensor, which I have now souced. i have recently bought a set of bosch 363 injectors.
The only parts I need to get now are a pedal box, brake upgrade, oil catch can, surge tank and a shed load of braided hose and fittings.
I am currently waiting on some nice weather to paint the engine bay so I can put the motor in.

Bit of an update.
My project is still going![:u]
I have now sold the cosworth, so the MK2 is now getting some attention.
I have sent the car to Gary's to have a six link rear end fitted and some turrets to run rear coil overs. He is also fitting some wheel tubs so I can squeeze in some 17x10's under the rear[:x)].
I will take a photo of some of the progress when I go and look at the car next. I have taken a photo of some of the goodies that I have bought recently.



I havn't bought the wheels yet, but these are what I am thinking of getting.

Another update.
I took some photo's of the car today, minus the wheel wells.







And my new turbo arrived today too.[:p][:u]

What is the plan going forward? On road date?

Turbo brand and specs...

Not sure of the expected finish date??? Are they ever really finished?
Up and running in the next six months would be the plan.
Progression from here is to get the body work done and complete. Get the car painted and then reassembly followed by some tuning.
As for turbo specs:
The turbo is a Billet turbochargers Billet ETT S58-GT3. The ETT stands for Borg warner extended tip compressor wheel.
Compressor housing is a .60
compressor is 58mm inducer 80mm major
Turbine housing is a split pulse T03 .82
Turbine is 65mm inducer 56.6 exducer.
Turbo is rated up to 630hp and 70psi.

Yeah Cossie went to a good home. It even has some cossie company at its new home.
I won't be doing white walls with the Image wheels, the profile will be too small.

got another update photo. The four link boxes have been fitted.

I visited Gary at Gazspeed again today and took another photo of the progress. The four link is now tacked into place both on the axle and the body of the car. The body brackets for the watts linkage unfortunately are not going to work, so Gary is having to fabricate some new ones. I have also attached some photo's of some of the other goodies I have got for the car.
The PWR barrel water to air intercooler is a 6x8 inch unit rated to 600hp. And the Tial 44mm wastgate and 50mm BOV.
