Bill

You mounting a pedal box on the high chair too...?

Good point about the paint etc Phil but I think having them mounted in pic 2 allows the pipe work to run straight down through the top of the bulk head to the cylinders which might be neater / better. Being a Duratec it might also be further away from the headers which might be an advantage (heat, access etc). Although, will they clear the underside of the bonnet?

If it's done right they shouldn't leak [:p]

Its the design of the reservoirs that allows them to leak. It took some carefull mods to the reservoir union and sealing area to stop mine from leaking and Mark also had the same problem with his which did the damage before he realised[:0] The caps on some have also been a poor fit allowing fluid to splash/leak out of the cap seal. Mine have been good since I modified them

My daughter wanted to draw on the white paper I was taking the pictures on, who I am to argue with a five your old.

I want to go with picture 1 becuase I don't want to drill too many holes. I will route all pipes (six in all) throught the hole that the brake pedal arm used to come through. I will have to suck it and see with the heat. Heat was my concern with coming up with picture 2.

Picture 2 does need to come down a bit to clear the bonnet. It was a quick setup.

You need to releive either the plastic reservoir or the steel shoulder used to limit the crush on the rubber sealing washer to allow a little more crush I did that and then tightened the nuts inside the resevoirs really tight. So far so good

Some progress on the project.
The engine has arrived and the bellhousing so after putting up a steel 36sq deck over christmas I finally got around to dumming it into the car and modifing the gear stick point. I had some issue with the cross member and steering coupling. A lowered world cup cross member is required to fit the engine and a larger grp4 coupling at 115mm long from Ralloy to connect it to the steering column.
