Looking to source the above. It appears that the Hadrian version is not worth bothering with due to its poor quality. There are other suppliers on eBay but I suspect they all get the panel from Hadrian anyway.

Probably going to source a plan panel then cut and flange/swage the holes myself.

Given the cost of buying the right hole cutter and flange/swage tools, does anybody know a good place in Adelaide that could do this for me? Just trying to save the ring around.....

Is there an official size for these holes?

it's more the flaring tool that costs and given that I only want to use it 5 times it makes for expensive lil holes!!!!

yeah i know, not a must have but if I am spending so much on preping a high level car I may as well have it how I want it - would hate to paint it only to wish for the rest of time that I had flared those holes!

If you don't flare to holes it will look shyt. The panel will warp. I thinks thats why the non swagged one on ebay never sold....
I have a feeling my friend is importing some swagged holed front panels from a good source. He will read this i am sure....

There are only a couple of places that make the replacement panel. Have you considered asking one of the UK suppliers (someone like Grp4fab or Peter Lloyd Rallying, not the manufacturer) if they'll modify a standard panel for you? Or even Palmside in NZ? I'm sure they're setup to drill and swage five holes. Buy two and sell the second to offset the shipping cost of the first.

Isn't the tool your referring to known as a 'dimple die'? surely some engineering place would be able to do the holes for you if you marked them out and gave them the sizes you require.

Thanks Mickas, I can get the real McCoy ones for about $250. I have some coming in a few weeks so I will know better then if the quality is cool as.
