These are copies of the 2 emails I got from this guy Mark Blackwood and his partner  Toni,
sunday may 5th
"Hi jim thanks for your interest sorry have been away for the weekend mate and im located in toowoomba qld and i have no problems putting it on a pallet etc and dropping it off at a courier at the buyers cost i do have a few people interested thanks toni"
Monday may 6th
"Hi thanks jim yes it has been in my  car and runs fine very quick car i thought it was anyway lol it had done around the 10,000 kms when motor was removed and as for the sump im pretty sure they are the same as the mk1 but sorry im not 100% sure on that i just listed it as i seen it mate as for my mobile its 0432 242 226 and the weight was 150kgs and as we moved it up from sydney when we moved it will be around the $200 to ship it im pretty sure mate but you can do your own quote for it thru e-go and you can pay for it all your end for shipping would have to send me your address details so i can put it on a pallet and wrap it up and strap it down and i can drop it off at the toowoomba branch for e-go to save you a few dollars on the shipping as for my bank details let me no mate if want too take it and will forward them too you thanks toni"

Well , I rang again yesterday and again no answer but a recording.
I left a polite message to deal with his problem as I will not be calling again.
He knows I am coming after him.
Paul, I will try your suggestion as well.
He is also suppose to be good friends with a David Scott on this forum, I am sure he would like to know his name has been used.

Just too all you keyboard warriors i am certainly not one to rip anyone off and im well known through out for working on Harleys and sending parts for them all over Australia i am into racing my own Harley so as for this i have not much to do with this stuff so maybe if you want to come and visit me my number is on here to contact me you just never know who is on the other end and oh sorry im not on a computer all my life as i have a life and business to run. now too paul yes your carbies did take time but you got them and maybe get your facts right i chopped my big toe off no big deal but accidents happen. too jaycees i don't control banks and as for your money it took 4 days too clear into my bank so i wasn't sending you or anyone else i deal with a part or item until money is cleared you were told when engine would be dropped off and it was so maybe best clear up what is on here thanks hope this elaborates too all

The engine still has not arrived in my hands, so can say I do not have what I paid for at present.
I am still taking your word that it was dropped off at the depot.
As you know we have had text transaction which I had not advertised on here as I have been waiting for further result.
if you are in business of buying and selling parts you will know EFT Electronic Funds Transfer Not 4 day wait for cheque to clear!
EFT is money in your hand next business day to withdraw No bank hangs on to EFT to clear.
After my short stint of 25 years of being self employed with a P/L Company I know when funds leave my account and I know when an EFT comes in,
I can use that money immediately, I do have to wait for cheque money to clear 4 days not EFT.
You were payed by P/L Company transaction with positive funds, not cheque, not over draught.
I will keep everyone informed
Mark, when the motor arrives as advertised the matter will be settled !

Well im sure if your in business jim that you would no better then too say bull**** like that a online transfer is not money in the hand ring your bank first and double check how long it can take for a online transfer  for a bank to clear it  if you had of done it  over the  counter would have been in straight away like money in the hand and as for the ifs and butts  im sure you would have been contacted by the courier company or you would have contacted them so don't say you don't know if its been sent etc  just let people know the truth and as said if anyone wants to contact me feel free I don't have anything to hide or anyone too hide from end off the subject for me your engine etc was sent the day you were told cheers
