RB30 would be illegal on all of aus roads I would guess. RB20 maybe, but there would have to be firewall mods, which I believe is also illegal for a road registered car in all states (??).

Im not sure if this is the right car but i heard that this guy is a scam... Not 100% sure but be carefull :)

but i just had a look again and its gone from a 10k car to a $100 bid but does not specify what he is selling and says that the parts are now sold

Now up to $405 for a shell that has been seriously massaged....hmmmm.
But advert says you can have it for $2000 non-negotiable.  
I thought the final bid price was the actual sale price (be it more or leass than $2k !!!)

If he was for real I would've bought this a long time ago, but yeah he's full of it. I've wanted do put an RB25 in an Escort for ages.

what is funny is that he was selling the car and then its no longer for sale
 
But he has and has been a real JERK to a mate of mine for this car and when he asked for engineers papers this guy got ally funny and defensive
he even made threats to my mate which is a stupid thing to do especially as he was all cashed up and genuine to buy the car
but the papers were not what he was selling

Yep it's definitely not engineered as he claims, otherwise you'd think he would have no problem in presenting the certificates? No use in having a car with a cut and shut firewall and no engineer certs.
