If buying from UK be careful, some have larger dia rods which wont fit through our top plates.

I have Monroes in mine, no problem with fit. 
 
The rubber isn't replaceable but Motomobil do an exchange, or you could go for KMac adjustables or UK ones from Burtons but they alter the ride height.
