It's "AS NEW" condition, meaning it was removed from packet, fitted then removed straight away and put back in packet. I bought it in this condition , the owner didn't like the look of it so installed Autometer instead. I'm selling because the size of it means I'd have to install it on my steering column shroud or dash top which I don't want to do.
