I've got the RS decal kit for it minus side stripes. Still need another RS2000 decal same size as the rear one to go on the nose cone.

Im starting to think it's a little low also. Front end I haven't touched, its as I bought it. Rear has reset leafs with some 1.5" blocks aswell. 1" blocks would probably be better.

Already caught the front lip on the road today, I may need to find another ay Grant. Didn't really do any damage though. Had this lip for a couple of years now, always had a spare for my bro and me. But he sold his car.

Also getting intermittent brake fail light coming on. Brakes dont seem to be affected. Need to sort this out.

Next step is removal of old tint and then re-tint of windows. Still need a nice drivers door trim to make interior look a bit nicer.
Wheel alignment and a tune are also on the cards.

The RS is looking great. Some good choice of number plates. Suits the car really well. Nose cones look much better being black.

Cheers

Very nice, you need to do something about those wheels. To me those wheels dont look right on it.

Thanks Scott,
Re: The wheels, my options are minimal but I think they set the car off plus it's the look im going for. Sometimes not to others tastes, but then again I didn't build it for anyone else. Are you sure I can't change your mind with these little comparison pics?[:p]

Aside from all this, not alot to report as far as the RS goes. It needs a motor transplant but is still drivable, though I try not to take it too far. It's waiting for it's rebuilt motor and a set of twins. If all goes well I hope to have it going within 3-4weeks with the new motor. Also still need to fit the decals and an aerial.

The only reason why Im using those Sigma wheel is because 13's no longer fit on my RS due to the size of the rear brakes.
But hey, everybody is different.

G'Day Dave, still haven't got motor back from balancing. Was hoping I'd have it back last week so I could re-assemble it. The only bits retained from your motor is the head which I got sorted out and crank. It should be a decent little motor when finished, but at this stage Im not sure if it's going to make it into the RS or not.
I'll speak to you more when you pop in.

I went to collect some bits from Rhys tonight and I must say the quality of the work on the 4dr RS is fantastic considering the environment it was done (carport). I'm well impressed! [:u]

A credit to your patience and perseverance
