You ozzy boys dont know how lucky you are
I f that was in the UK with the salt on the roads it would have no floor and every panel would have tin worm and require replacing.
I find these old cars here amazing with low rust levels and a dream to restore .

If I get it - A mate of mine in Chch will (hopefully) pressure clean it ( or they do it here - and charge u) re-assemble it and fix it up to a stage (I'll send him some new panels) and get it going. I may get him to blast and paint out the engine bay, boot and cabin.
I'll finish and paint it here ( I have a v nice black interior here)

frieght and charges are Approx 5k to my door

The big trap these days is border farce - they really enforce their zero asbestos rule, even to the point where they strip engines (gaskets) brakes, seam sealer etc and make u pay (and hand u back a wreck)

I'll have to try to get a relevant clearance cert ( if they are available) in NZ.

You can ship them out of chch (at least I'll gain 7c/$ on the exchange rate haha

Yes the stuff the UK boys re-build - my pewter one was bad but ...

It would be a nice sister car to my 1600 Deluxe (also True Blue). Do you do package deals? :^))

I don't think it was true blue originally- the chassis no JE1383B seems to early? And he hasn't put up a pic of the ID tag

Wish I could put more time into them ... so many sitting around now....

I think it’s 1883 spud, which would put it around August 1970. The paint on the floor around the gearshift looks like original paint, and the same as my True Blue 1600.
