i think he would have to do more then just blur his face and number plates, he would have 2 photoshop it and change everything on it cause its not like every one would have a bright green 2dr escort(with P-plates)to drive around in, it stands out like crazy.

The carpark looked like private property, so wouldn't they have to prove you were on public land or have the land owner complain (which would mean they'd have to identify where it was)?
