Went to hilliers on Saturday and purchased their A pillar/bulkhead cut.
measured the Mk1 and discovered the Mk2 bulkhead should be close enough fit.
They do have 3 x mk2 4 doors and the van which has had the drivers front 1/4 cut open.
most look to be in reasonable condition with only small amounts of the usual rust.
Price might be expensive, I wouldn't know really , but it was straight, rust free and available. And the time it will save me is immesurable, plus it might help others out as leftovers will be sold
Then I discover I cant collect until next week but with 43+ degrees Im not working in the shed with grinders and drills.
