In the boot of my parts car which is long gone I found some sort of cast alloy part that looks like it belongs in place of the orignal Rubber 4 bolt kunckle thing(name escapes me right now) it has a raised lettring from ford part no and a GR7 number

hmm while trawling through parts in the shed yesterday i found something similar.
Its just a thin metal plate with the same rounded pattern on that. I'm thinking its so you can put a thermo fan in and save some space. [x2x]
