Bought my 4 door RS2000 a few months ago. It had been resprayed a few years earlier, and had rust popping out in the normal Escort places. Bumpers, door handles, window surrounds, grille etc, had all been painted red.




Have changed all these items back to black, which I think has made a massive difference.




Have recently had rust cut out, and just added 15 x 7 Superlights.







Car is lowered all round, front sway bar, and runs twin 45mm Webber sidedraughts

I have to agree the black grille gives the car the real RS look.

Nice! The original blackouts definately make the car alot nicer

No, probably not. Only driven occaisionally on weekends.

Nice to see another Four door MK2 getting some attention.

That looks a million times better than with all the gear painted body colour.

Now all i would do is get rid of those pin stripes and replace them with the proper RS2000 stripes like you see on Geoffs orange RS.

The superlights really suit it. I had the same on my old red RS except my centres were charcoal.
