Ok, have ordered the fuel line already, its what's in the Wolf3d manual, so ill have to give it a go but, could I just add a fuel pressure regulator if theres problems ?

Got the fuel pumps/filters/surge tanks mounted, ran the fuel lines all the way up to the TB. Lots of head scratching measure thrice type of stuff, drilled the pilot hole for the ECU loom into the engine bay but decided to call it a night and besides the inch drill was f**king loud !

Ok finished the wiring late last night, Sierra Dizzy and Bosch BIM024 Igniter module took some time as I had no wiring diagrams but found the Dizzy pinouts on here and Bosch diagram on the Toymods forum thru google ! So its all wired, did'nt have any gasket paste so will get some today and hopefully start it this arvo ! Only fabrication left to do is the throttle cable bracket, 5 minutes once its all mounted.

Got to work until 3 and then have a meeting at 5, so hoping to get it going somewhere in that time.

Been a long time and lots of work since my last post, the injection setup didn't end up working due to bad design on my part it may have worked if the TB was upright but as I was relying on vaccum to pull the fuel mix thru it was exceptionally hard to start and proved even more so once I got the new computer installed in fact the tuners could'nt get it started and I conceded deafeat at this point and have opted to get a new supercharger setup fabricated.

I recently was fortunate enough to buy a incomplete project 2L supercharged engine which under my advice had been setup as a low mount exhaust side setup, so having the bracketry already plus a modified set of extractors to suit and not having a booster this is what im going to use in conjunction with a small front mount intercooler between the rad and front panel and new intake manifold that features;
bell mouth intake runners, 6 injectors (stock RB20)(4 in intake runners 1 in each bank of 2, center mount intake from intercooler) Stock RB20 TB mounted on supercharger intake. See pics.

No significant updates at this stage, the manifold has progressed and is now completey welded so we are working on the mnounting of the charger now on the exhaust side.

Mmmm i love the RS... Looks awsome ben, when mk1 is completly finished it will be wicked!

RS is meant to be back from paint tomorrow but just spoke to the Painter and its only in Undercoat looks like it will be next week now and trim is still not done but cant complain when its mates rates.

Beige one is not going anywhere atm as Steve is busy with these other specials he is building so no time to do my stuff, but I have enough to do, cant see getting any racing done til much later in the year.
