looks like you cant put a v8 in a escort even a v6 commodore motor in an escort in nsw so looks like a rotor will have to be the go

well i just got my new v8 engine (second hand) that is its out of a eb na falcon 302efi wanted the block so i can have a roller cam motor ,huge lift and easy idle you get the drift here are some pics

some ppl wanted photos of the falcon brakes on my esky here are some photos of the the disc and calipers,calipers are hq Holden but im going to up grade them to ba falcon 300mm or wilwood 4 spot with 300mm discs i will see what a set of 4 spots will set me back first

tomorrow i will have more photos of the alt that i have been spacing out to get it square so it doesnt throw belts everywhere and i used thick wall stainless steel pipe and polished the spacers my self crappy job but why pay someone to do it.i will be mounting my remote water pump and braided water lines and upper water lines tomorrow here are the pics of the water pump and the completed billet alt brackets and the custom made s/s allen head bolts that i couldnt buy off the shelf, had them made by my local engineering company cost nothing thanks to a good work mate named peter h thank you so much pete

well another day and more problem set about fitting waterpump and make bracket to fit it to,then make and measure the braided line for the inlet of pump what a tight fiddly job anyway i completed that task so it was onto the two -12 outlet's well i stripped one -12 fitting so im out of pocket $60 for 1 fitting anyway completed 1 line and the other 1 is half finished moved on the thermostat outlet and have completed that now that tomorrow is public holiday i cant get my two fitting to finish the sh#ty job with the braid. once it is all completed i will strip it all down and clean and flush it all out including the raditator oil cooler ,braided lines etc so now i must wait for the shops to open here are some photos of the 1/2 completed work

Ouch,dont you hate the cost of those fittings[:0]I've only stuffed a -6 straight fitting thankfully[:p]

well another day has gone by so i finished the install of the rad,waterpump, thermo fans, wiring harness,overflow bottle etc .flushed the rad,oil cooler,waterpump,washed polished and fitted it all back together still waiting for earls to open tomorrow to order the two fittings cant wait to start the car to set the electric waterpump controller and the thermo fan controller and the the big test wait for a 30 deg cel day and i will find some traffic jam to see if the rad overheats its head off good test if you take it to summer nats and you get stuck in some traffic and the gauge doesnt go over 200deg f here are some pics
