It uses a Bailey turbo damper mounted on the opposite side of the rocker cover

....Fishing is good if your catching Flathead[;^)], but I prefer to wakeboard and even more blasting along the water at 120km/h...I also just wanted to write about the route chosen

...The brakes are great - I need to change the rear pads and rotors, they are lagging behind now...The GT30 is brilliant, the engine is now not breathing enough, so naturally there will be some mods to follow[(#)][88]..........Also with the Sydney temps below 10C all the time, it is totally berserk...The new geometry settings with the suspension is such a blessing as well. 3.5 deg camber 5.8 deg caster and 3mm toe out...It is on rails...

Out of interest (sorry to get off topic) is it a police holding yard or a towing companies towing yard ?

As a close relative of mine just had $7k + with of parts stolen out of his impounded car whilst sitting in the lot (up here in SE QLD) and neither the police or the towing company will accept liability for it.

Its the Police impound yard Unfortunately it happens down here too. The only way you have any chance of proving anything is to take video of the car,the gear in it and the condition of it as it gets loaded onto the tilt tray. Its not a case of if it gets damaged but how much it gets damaged when it is impounded. Best not get into that situation to start with if possible

I will back you mark on the crossmember. I have tried a wcxm and had to remove it after a month. I have also tried alternative rubbers no change.
