Looking good Mark, What size rear housing is that ?

Is the internal wastegate part just bolted on the the back of the usual external gate housing ? (if you get what i mean)

I thought there were only problems encountered with pulling the exhaust studs out when running the heavier 2wd manifold ?

You are right - forgot he had a 4wd manifold. Could no see the manifold. I assume a 2wd would not fit an escort?

I think the major problem is manifold cracking in the 2wd manifold and no damper.

Ahh ok.. They do fit the 2wd manifold in there but it extremely tight, the studs need to be removed for clearance.. i would say some massaging of the inner guard may be neccessary aswell.

Looks good mate. I can see a major problem with that set up, that I dont think your going to be able to fix easily tho. Your tyres arent wide enough and 365s arent going to fit under those gaurds [(#)]
