I based it on mounting to the original location. It just a 57mm core but I moved the mounting brackets so that the core and tanks sit closer to the motor.
The fan can now fit on the front of the radiator without chopping the support panel. The fan could never fit on the motor side unless the radiator sat under the front panel and then you need to have an expansion tank somewhere else and the complication goes on from there.
-6 return for turbo water return.
80 degree elbow on inlet.
16psi cap.
In summary I am happy with it, and beacuase I designed and drew all of the manufacturing drawings for the oil separator and intercooler as well the cost was very reasonable for the entire package. I am confident it will all work soundly.

The intercooler is 580x275x90. Core is 450x275x81.
No cutting of the car is required to fit it other than the (2x) 2.5 inch holes for the inlet and outlet. It also does not hang below the bumper. More photos to follow when the nose cone goes back on.

Mark, Are you running the intercooler pipes thru the font splash Panel into the wheel well (at the very front) then up thru the inner guard into the engine bay? I am running the same size intorcooler and that is how i am running mine but i have cut the front slpash Panel so that only half of the intercooler is protruding infront of it, Thus i beleave, aiding air flow thru it. It will be good to see some photos of this on your car. Its good then the nose cone goes on because you can hardly notice that it is there[:x)]

...My plan was not to cut out the front panel at all to make room. The pipes come through the front of the radiator support panel on each side of the radiator, not into the guard area.

Filled with fuel, oil and water. Ready to start tonight...then fit intercooler and throw the nose cone back on......and off to the dyno then drive...Probably put the seats back in the car will help too.
Photos are not so good taken at night.

Looks the goods Mark - almost there!

Geez, I recon running the throttle cable backwards via the boot and then to the engine would have been a shorter route
