SMCKA sell the chrome drip rail covers, I have just bought some for my RS.  Don't know if he has them pre-cut for escort sedans or if he just cuts them to length from a roll, I'm guessing that the ones on the van might be longer. He's listed on this forum as a supplier , a phone call should get it sorted for you.  He imports this stuff from the UK, so might easily order them cut to length for you.

Try SMCKA Performance, he is listed on this site as a supplier, I just got some for my RS.  If yours are longer than the sedan then he might be able to get them cut to length for you, he imports this stuff from the UK.

Escort Estate mk1 had chrome drip rails...the length should be just right..
