Yep! Just found out today that the cause of my engine failing was due to the bad tune that was setup. the engine was running way too rich which destroyed the rings, valves and scored the block as over fueling glazes the cylnder. This was seperate to my gasket issue due to O rings.

Well Just got the repair bill from the engine builder after the tuner destroyed my engine. $4600 not happy but then serves me right by choosing that tuner in the first place.

Needed 16 valves, block, 4 pistons, All bottom end bearings , honing gaskets etc

Will take my car to a decent tuner now!

Seems hard to know with tuners though, I've only heard good things about unigroup.

I've tried a few and haven't been particularly happy and was going to try unigroup later this year. Maybe not now. [x2x]

Im suprised to hear that its Unigroup...it doesnt fit with any of my experiences...tbh its the first failure I have heard them being blamed for?
