Yeah sorry didn't mean to sound patronising.[:p]
I do have a manual overide switch for the thermos however I find this very ineffective as I can still see the coolant temp rise after the engine is off, sometimes reaching 110 degrees after a session on the track and coolant pisses out. I really like the idea of the pump which by the way can also turn on the thermos while coolant is flowing for 2 mins or 5 degrees below the controller setting (whichever comes first). I think this aided with a cooldown lap should keep the engine/coolant temps under control, I've also purchased an N14 50mm thick radiator which seems to work really good when there is air flow. Also purchased some heat wrap for the turbo manifold as the ceramic coating does a poor job of heat supression, can't beat the good old heat wrap.
