Still in the garage. But I'm getting there. Only get to work on it every 3rd weekend or so, But my old man is doing a lot of the lil time consuming things for me. THANKS DAD!!!
Really wanting to have it painted this year. And assembled before my 21st.

Test fitting my rims up. Cars still on the spit. The coil overs are as high as they will go. So im hoping that it will be fine when the engine and stuff is in. but lower will be no problem =P

As you can see I have a gap between the coilover and the tyre. But is it a big enough gap? I know spacers are illegal but 8mm or so would be better than the suspension fouling the tyre?

I will try to keep this more updated. But as there is a year between the last 2 posts you can see that updates aren't my thing =P

Cheers

that gap looks fine from what i can tell, remember the tyre will only go further away from the spring as it travels up

the gap from my tire to spring cup is less than 5mm, and it has never touched.

MMMMmmm new door rubbers are nice =)

Uni's finished for the year so ive moved back home and can now hopefully get some more done to the esky. Tho im not very confident in my ability to do anything so it only gets worked on when me and my old man do it together. I keep him from destroying it and filling it with silicon and he makes me do something productive instead of sitting on the computer looking at parts I cant afford. It works well.

So I put a door rubber on and did my best at lining the door up. geez they are a pain in the ass. Now we are trying to figure a way to bolt the flare to the door and the body. Its not as simple as drilling a hole and putting in a bolt as I don't have access to the other side or a hole just cant go where I need one. So Im looking at welding threaded bits of rod to the door... but i haven't decided yet. Maybe tomorrow.
