They came with the car when I bought it.
I had 12 x 5" stockies on my escort when I got my roady, the alloys on there at the moment are Performance Tempest I think, 15 x 6.5 J.
You are only allowed 1 inch increase in width, they are .5" too wide !
The vehicle inspector said to me he doesn't care what I did with the wheels once I had the certificate, I could change them if I wanted to.

The real reason it's on stands is because you're putting a cut down 9" to go with the 4.6L modular motor with a Kenne Bell bolted on that you've secretly got hiding in the shed somewhere, you just didn't know you were doing it until now.
