Weber is gone ! Got the stromberg on there yesterday and took it for a test drive and its 100% better even did a burnout and when the revs rise and it hits about 3000rpm it really gets moving and has a whole different sound about it ANIMAL !!! ;) anyway got back from my drive with blood pumping and it was hissing ! did a bottom radiator hose ! got a new one today and its sweet took it for a drive and no leaks !

So next on the list is to make the coilovers for the front, bought 2 X Coil Over kits with springs very cheaply and plan to fit them next week, then really can't do much more until its painted and rego'd.

Has anyone got a better price on 13x7 superlites than $215ea as its the best price I have been able to get, and thats what I plan on running with 185X65X13's should be fun to drive.

Just realized I had'nt put an updated pic up of the RS with its new boots !

13X7 Superlites with 185X65 and 205X60 on rear, will be changing over the rears to 185X65 and then dropping it after rego so that the guards are just covering the top of the tyre.

Been a while since an update, got the car back from the painters yesterday and the plan is now to get it back together for the cruise on the june long weekend to Inverell not much to do, but still need to get it running right.

Heres a teaser pic of it at the panel shop pre paint.




Will put some more pics up tomorrow of the painted car, just put the black outs around the windows and the rear bar and door handles sarvo in gloss black.

Looks haut !!! Can't wait to get thru rego and get the coil overs in the front and get it down in the weeds.

Quick question: Do you run spacers for the front wheels or do the Saab wheels fit as is?

Sean saab wheels fit fine (close though) but im led to belive there is more than one offset that the saab wheels come in, make great drift tyres though as you can get 15" directional tyres very cheap which is what you need to go sideways.

Any way tried to get some pics of the car painted today but got out there on dusk and although I have taken great photo's at that time of day before I didn't have my tripod so this is the best I could manage, will get some time again next Saturday to do some more assembly and take some more pics.

Not a club just a few guys in town that all know each other and have a few classic fords between them. We are still going up to Inverell so there should be some classic fords coming past your way.
