Well, it’s been a long time since I was a member of this forum. I won’t mention my former name but long term members will probably be able to figure it out.
I left when I was being harassed by an anonymous member but let’s just leave that in the past and move on.
I’m here to basically track down some parts for my Australian production Escort van that now resides in the UK. It’s a very long story but I basically bought it in 2015 after numerous attempts to restore several dozen rot-box vans, I bought this unfinished project off a mate who was moving overseas.
Jump ahead 9!!!! (Yes, nine years later) and I’ve finally found some time and (a place on the other side of the planet) to work on it.
Anyway, I’ll be needing a few uniquely Australian parts, so if anyone can help me out it will be most appreciated.

There's less people in here than when you moved OS.

There's a few of us here doing vans so might have some bits about, myself included so let us know what's needed and we'll try I help you out.

The forum is a lot, lot quieter these days.

There are less people playing with small fords, and, most have moved to Facebook.

Its a shame as the wealth of information and the build diaries just don't happen on Facebook.

Hope the hayfever is better now you're overseas. I've been watching your progress on Facebook.

Not sure what you're after, parts wise, however all to happy to help if I can.

I've got a van now as you might have read around the traps.
 
Yes its crickets here somedays, but we're all glad to see its still running.
The sad bit is when you reread your old posts and find soemthign you forgot.
 
I'm sure it might come in handy having reciprical contacts on each side of the globe.
