I am hoping the community can help out and may have the following bits lying around. It seems that my panel beater has misplaced them. 
 
1x Firewall blanking plate, the oval one from the lower firewall.

1x Boot blanking plate.

 
4x Floor pan blanking plates, the small locking ones
