just seeing what people have done or need or if you need a emissions test when fitting 2ltr into 75 mk1 escort , im running r1 carbies  . do i even need a emission test to get rego with the 2 ltr pinto

Not sure on you're regulations but here in WA the pre ADR27A cars like the Mk1's are much easier to get passed.
 
Emissions details for the pinto are in the Gregory's Mk2 manual. Here they are, it was easier to take pics than describe them, if they don't work out PM me and I'll see if I can get the mrs to scan them.

In NSW when blue slipping I have just had to install a carbon canister to get passed. However, these are cars that have not been engineered. Some of the cars I have seen get through blue the slipping process is stupefying.

yeah i thought i would at least put the carbon canister .  but your right tho seen some cars that you think now how the fark did that pass blue slip..  well car is far from being ready..  esky is off to body shop soon.   
now to choose a color that there isnt ten escorts painted the same. 
im leaning towards wild plum with the mexico stripes on my mk1 with bubble arches . 
 
tried to get the sparco r100 in sky  but none around just the normal r100  with this covid **** italy hasnt been making any sparco seats and was told maybe 11 weeks on the seats.  so i think for now i will install  the 86 toyota or bzw subie leather seats for now untill the sparco arrives as im sure my car should be ready in about 1-2 months of body work and paint at the max .
