hi guys, i've just got a new timing belt kit, got most things off including the harmonic balancer, the kit came with a new Timing Belt Tensioner Pulley and two seals, where can i get the fine star allen key tool from? and what size is it? and the best way to get the main seal out?

Most tool shops have them

Buttsworths in Windsor would have them. Call before and if not will get it for you.

I've used a 6mm hex allen key many times without any damage.

thanks guys, ive got one of ebay for $9 with free postage, i live in a small town and 25 min from the next town that may or may not have it.

is this normal? after getting the tool in the mail today i've took the old timing belt and the tensioner off, to replace them, when i took the new tensioner out of the sealed bag and notice the pin that hold the spring is missing of the new tensioner, so i put the original ford one back on for now,

Just knock the pin out of the old tensioner and press into the new one. Your lucky to have one to swap with, I got a new tension pulley but no pin or old pulley to steal from. I ended up lathing a pin to push in and stake from the back so it won't rattle out ..
