An RPO83 Falcon consists of a bigger carby and bigger set of headers, not much yet it is a big part of the FORD story in Australia.
You have mentioned parts, but not the close ratio gearbox, or the cars provenance or the reason these eleven cars were built by Aus. Ford. We of the small ford fraternity just dont seem to value the Australian history of our cars as much as the Falcon boys do.
Is a Falcon GTHO phase three worth 1.4 million dollars? Not in the sum of its parts , but add the legend and yes it is.
This is where we are falling short.
This car needs a full write up and a shannons auction to test its real value.
Something to ponder over, JR. Just sayin.
