I purchased my sills from rare spares about 10 years ago

Thanks, the sills are good and I've bought new stainless bumpers, really need some seats now as I need to finish the floor and need the seats fitted in place just in case I need to weld any supports.

I've been making some good progress on the car, hopefully I'll have it finished in 3 weeks.

What a great car this is going to turn out to be.  Wonderful engine to have in it too.  You're a lucky guy.

Yes, I'm please with the way it's going. I sometimes wish I'd get someone else to do some work on it, especially after spending 2 days wet flatting the primer, but still the end result will be worth it.
Another job I'm doing at the moment, is making up a polished stainless exhaust.

Hi, I liked it when it was for sale but it is so much better in the Lotus look. It will be a shame to get it dirty.

It has taken around 18 months from start to finish but there have been a lot of hours put into it, still not bad for a shed build.
