it came out of the gun nicer (to me) - a more burnished look. It dried to a lighter colour. But it is Frosted Metallic Pewter so ..
 

Great colour. Really shows off the clean lines nicely. Always like to see a not so common colour.

thanks for the comments - yes they did a great job im very pleased. Its actually dried lighter than in the pics. Yes, now for the fit out - putting the seats in will be a seminal moment for me...

That red v6 (photos in this thread) is up for sale on gumtree - it does look good in the pics.

looks sensational Spud, and I think the combo will be magic.
Your up to the Christmas part now.

Regarding red interior: My last 2 cars have had red interior/white exterior.
Nobody ever said.. Gee I love your black leather...
Next one will be red again, and possibly with pewter exterior.
 
even though its supposedly an ebay thread, I'd be happy to see more progress shots of the reassembly.
 

I'll put some pics up soon but have been side tracked with life and haven't done much. Yes red and pewter - very different!
