heres a few pics of my engine mounts... i use vlturbo engine mount rubbers and the gearbox mount is a HQ 1 tonner gearbox mount.

Interesting set-up esky79. Did you weld the crossmember to the chassis rail? Standard crossmember, or custom made?

Its the standard crossmember with the original mounts cut off the new mounting plates welded to the crossmember and the chassis rails...

Esk79 - I notice you are running with a Hilux diff.
What ratio centre do you have? LSD?
I have a 4.3 LSD Hilux diff in mine. I got the 4.3 because it was available at the right price, but unsure how it will go. I had a diff shop check it over and tighten up the LSD before going in the car.
The Nissan 200sx front cut I bought noted on the compliance plate it came with a 4.0 ratio diff from factory. So 4.3 shouldn't be too far off the mark for short circuit, hill climb fun?
 

I havent set my diff up yet no idea wat ratio it is but it is an open centre... i still got to work out ratios etc to go with my auto and quarter mile... it will hav a cusco lsd in it though...

4.3s will be nice and poppy will com on boost hard n fast be good for circuit/ hill climb i reckon...

Looks like you have number plates on the front - do you have full rego? what state?
 

Was a registered car when I bought it. I bought it as a play/toy/track only car, so never rego'd it. In VIC.
 
Will be up for sale soon. I've been working overseas and it doesn't get used much.

We'll I got a customer from work to drop off a set of sr20 mounts to try and they fit :] 
 
Next step is to re-assemble the Mini and get that registered so my car can come off the road. 
 
Now to find  a cheap-ish gear box.
