Here is my project that I have been mucking with for a while now...

I have a rotisserie built and got the car stripped of parts ready for rust repair, quite a bit to do...

I will bit getting some panel repair sections from Ex-pressed panels in about three months that I ordered a couple of weeks ago!

My plans are to fit a 1600GT, fairly standard GT fair, maybe a warmer cam thinking GT500 grind at this stage from Ivan Tighe Cams, with semi close ratio type three box. GT Cortina front discs and struts with coil overs, not sure what inserts yet? The rest will be kept pretty standard, will be removing as much chrome as possible, only keeping the bumpers, headlight, windscreen and rear window surrounds. Interior will be repaired/restored to original as possible.

Will be fitting these wheels...

Will paint it in original Panama yellow but hopefully in a richer deeper finish than std.

Will keep you updated.

The rust repair sections arrived from the UK today. Really happy with the look of them but won't know until I fit them worse part was the 14 week wait for manufacture...

Got plenty of work to do now!

I would recommend using parcel2go and Fedex. Their service was first rate. The parcel was picked up Friday UK time and delivered today (Wednesday). Wasn't as expensive as Ex-Pressed quoted me for freight. Duties in Aus were a bit steep but not much could be done to avoid that.
