- Always clean up and put away tools after working on the car.

- If your young like me then spend the extra money and buy a higher quality item instead of the cheap-o one. It will last longer and you will be more likely to treat it better.

- Try to have at least a couple months wages saved at all times. It will be important should anything unexpected happen (no job, medical) or maybe even a nice bargain buy will come up .
