Dyno sheet for 11th April 2007… This is the first attempt at full boost after engine run-in using the T3 turbo that came with the complete motor.

18psi approx and the waste gate would not stay closed nor would the boost rise correctly and early in the RPM range as per the runs where we used a crow bar to hold the gate shut and produce another 10kW along with more mid range power. This will be resolved immediately.
Look out for new power figures when we change spark plugs, cam timing and 'clean' up the curve. The spikes are spark plug and miss related – also wheel spin on the rollers and wheel unbalance contributed to some anomalies during power runs.
In summary it goes like a cut cat on LSD; piloting this automobile also brings with it many big grins.

Shell:

1980 Escort RS2000 with exorbitant list of modifications.

Some engine specs:

YBB Sierra Cosworth
T3 turbo, spec unknown…
Autronic SMC ECU
Autronic Direct Fire CDI
4x MSD Blaster SS Coils
Magnecore leads
Custom 580x275x80 intercooler

Yes the torque is good; however the graph shows boost.[;^)]

Unfortunately that is incorrect. The power is the differentiation of the torque curve with respect to RPM...It is certainly not flat. I will post a basic plot of my power with torque shown too.
