Hi guys theres a mk2 escort on ebay that has a commodore diff in it. My question is weather or not it would have to be shortened to go under a mk1 escort. There borg warner's,disc breaked,there's LSD's,good ratios. Im just thinking its got to be a cheaper option than say a hilux/disc conversion?

Basicly the same as a falcon diff except the stud pattern. yes will need shortening.

The wheel nut treads, are half the diameter of the falcon b/w units.

Mind the center still lines up with the trans tunnel.
