Same problems for me late August early September,19th of August works but is the weekend after All Ford Day at Warrick Farm and is getting close to CFC14.The SFCC Mystery Run is on the 16th of September so maybe a late October date? Sean and Anita's new addition should also have been delivered by the stalk by then[;^)] 21st or 28th of October?

Ummm...[:0]
We may need another venue if it ends up being October, I would have to check.
Winter is there off peak season. October would be getting very busy again. That may not be a problem though.

23rd September may still work. So if that works for everyone, we should lock it in.

What about the 25th or 26th of August[?] I might be able to get around the B'day commitments with enough notice[:p] That should still be safely in the Winter season The 26th is the same day as the Shannons Eastern Creek Classic though[?] If we go for the 23rd of Sept it will be 3 weekends running of events...our better halves may not be happy[:0][:p][;^)]
Should we schedule CFC15 for later on and just wear the extra park surcharge[?] what's the general concensus[?]

Maybe we could do the 25th of August.
I am flexible as to when we do it, it seems to be a very busy time of year though..
It is normally $7.50 to get into the park in peak season and will obviously be busier.
I think the 25th August will work, what is everyone elses opinion though?

I think we should lock in the 25th of August.
From discussions with Mark and Phil, we will be putting on a BBQ for everyone and may even have a bit of a bon fire. At this stage we will head off from thornleigh macca's at 10am and meet there at 9:30am. We will then head off down old northern road and out to lower portland.
I will confirm the date by the end of the week.
I will need a show of hands as to who will be attending so I can get an idea of how many are going to attend.

I have sent email to the SFCC committee to discuss further arrangements.

The 25th of August has been oked by the Park owners.
It will be $7.50 for a day pass into the park, but as I said we will be putting on a BBQ for everyone who attends. We will have the park to ourselves by the sounds of things.

Sounds good. Will the proposed route include Galston Gorge [?][:p]
