Where is can I get a trigger wheel to suit a crank angle sensor for a pinto? Where have people got there setups from?

Thanks.

What computer are you running?

I also would like to know what people are using for their trigger wheels, as well as some mounting options for the sensor. I'm not sure which computer I will be using, but that should no difference to the trigger set-up.

Thanks.

Microtech have a universal crank angle/trigger wheel set up as do MSD Ignition, but you are better off looking at getting a Cosworth crank angle and front pulley as the Cosworth runs this setup from factory. You would also need the Cosworth dizzy as it has the pick-ups in it for cyl 1 homing signal the ECU will need.

I am running a cosworth sump already which has the pickup mounting lugs so that would work as long as the pully spacings are the same. I'm currently using an old ems with a sierra hall dizzy but looking at options as I want to upgrade my ecu. At the moment I am leaning towards ecumaster for cost verses function.

Thanks, shaun

You can get the proper cossie front pulley's from Burtons. (http://www.burtonpower.com/front-crank-pulley-ford-cosworth-yb-2wd-4wd-08-90-sc1249.html)

I would also check to make sure the ECU you are intending on running will support this trigger system.

Another option perhaps

used a diyautotune 36-1 myself, but they're all similar. depends what tooth config you need and what sensor you are going to use.  I went for a garden variety local falcon sensor for the local availability and made a bracket to suite.
