Are you using the word "entitlement" in the sense that "I will do what I want and you are to do what I want"? Or better still "you are to abide by the usual relationship rules, however there are two rules for me and I will do what I want and when I want"? Obviously this never enters the spoken word but assumed using various emotional pressures and control over time. (referring back to the subject of this thread which is a choice between me or the escort).
