I am trying to piece together any possible history on the RS2000 2 Door Midnight Blue I am currently restoring.
First sold by Wright Ford in Sydney as a new car in early January 1980 registration KOF-901.
Registration History says was last officially sold to a private individual on 12 January 1996 by Wagga Discount Car Sales.
Registration at that time was TXX-141.
Registration expired 26 January 1997.
The car was never re-registered.
The guy I purchased it from brought it from Wagga to Sydney in 2009.
I purchased the car in January 2013 and currently restoring to "as delivered by Ford to first owner".
Any info especially from our Wagga forum members who may remember the car will be greatly appreciated.
