Ok i got my new gauge set, and find the temp and fuel needles sitting in the bottom of the glass.How do i put them back in the correct place ??????? Can anyone help me,and i found out its not plug and play  

u mean the needles have fallen off? if thats the case have a look at the back of them...the slot is a half circle shape and you will notice on the gauge face where the needle sits also has a half cirlce looking seat...just line up and gently press it on..
i did that when painting my needles and one fell off...
hope thats what your after...
