How cool would it be to have a Mk1 wagon though, I love those. There is always a few on trademe.co.nz that gets the mind wandering.

 Mk1 estate been sat for 20 odd years or more, all parts are there, obviously needs total restoration, 1100 pre cross flow engine, 1968 i think or there abouts h reg,
 
Methinks that one is only good for parts, even by UK standards.
 
Front panels - not a problem
Roof Wagon - who knows?
Side Panels Wagon - who knows?
Rear substructure - best not to look. telltale marks bleeding thru

With a decent wash, polish and some minor work....
