hin guys just wondering does anyone know how many rs2000 4 doors where made and how many where autos?

From memory it was 1000 2 doors and 1400 4 doors sold in Aus

I know it's under 1000 4 Door Mk2's and around 50 mk2 auto Rs2o0o's were made.
I know of two surviving Mk2 Rs2ooo's running autos. One also has A/c.

Theortically approx 2,400 RS2000s built in AUS. Have seen an original hard copy of the production brief limiting 4 doors to no more than 45 per month or 1/3 of total production - that would make max production of 4 door from 5/79 to 10/80 to be 800 by number or 800 by percentage split. Many years on and I'm still trying to find another copy of that brief....
