Hi Mate,

Car looks awesome, love the color.

Question - Are you using a 120Y master cylinder?  I noticed it as the mounting bolts are top to bottom.

I want to use the same one myself and was hoping you had a diagram on the design of the mounting block you used or if you got it done by some one?

I have no idea on doing fabrication stuff.

Great project, keep the pics coming.

Hi Matt.
It as a wilwood after market MC. 5/8ths bore. (or 11/16ths can't remember)
I made the adaptor plate from some ally.
Just grab some plate thats quite thick - remembering it will take the force of the pedal.
Drill holes to match the bolts on the fire wall then counter sink two bolts from behind (tightly so they don't spin)
to match new MC and then bolt it up.
You'll also have to fab a link from MC to pedal. I have that yet to do.
If you search the site i asked a here and there about it so the info is around.
Good luck, happy to help with more Q's if u need but bear in mind i have not operated this yet.

More pics to come - just finishing off the rear disk conversion and 4 pot wilwoods on the front.

Progress is going to be slow for a bit. We have just bought our first home and there is some work to do now.
Also the engine has to come back out to fix the clutch cable issue.
So unfortunately i will be a bit pre-occupied for a while

Just checked your post, Is that a single circuit master cyl? I dont think a 5/8 master will run 4 pots and rear calipers. They need a lot of fluid to displace and imo 5/8 will not do it without a lot of pedal travel

Hey.
Well, schools out on the master at the mo.
The front calipers came after the master.
At the moment it compresses up nicely - you can fairly jump on the pedal and it'll only get 1/2 way.
Wether it stays like this once the pads have bedded and it's under load - yet to see.
My Mechanic friend who guided me through this process who also races (raced) seems to think it will be fine.
If not - i'll address it when i get there.
I cerntainly can make any claims yet :-P
Thanks.

Have yo got any pics of the pushrod conversion you did and how you offered it up to the back of the M/C?
