Woz,

Looking good.

Will you be providing any bench figures for this head?

Any reason for using the 'EB' cast head? I have heard many mixed reports on these but the majority seem to think they have a thinner casting..., have you found otherwise?

Thanks, Shaun

Cheers Shaun,

Use the "EB" head because I have found the casting to be better and more consistant than the other early type heads.

Thanks Woz...

Be great to see some figures.

Have a few EB heads tucked away, guess I should have a closer look at them then

Yep, just a die grinder.

Port shapes are ones that I did a few years ago, my own template.

The bottom end of this engine was done by Saliba Engines in Melb (the guy that owns the car has all his work done at Saliba's), all I did was supply the parts.

Not a cheap exercise, haven't seen the bill, but there was alot of money tied up in the machining,

If he's willing to tell me what it cost him I'll post it here with his permission,

:)
I have the Cyl head back at work at the moment, Owner has been pre-occupied with house building at the moment, I have been very vocal with him to get his priorities right and get it the car happening again :)
I will post up some more pictures when I get a chance,

Cheers
