They're the suckers, except to screw into an 18mm tapered seat, not a flat seat.

Be watching this one with interest!!!

How much detail will you be posting?
I presume you will keep some trade secrets?[xo]

What diameter and length valves are you using?

Many thanks..

Will post a bit of detail, but obviously not everything.

Valves are around 45mm and 38mm, won't know the final length until the head has the valve train set up. I had them made a little longer than standard to start with.

Picked up a couple of second hand 48mm webers for the job. Need kitting and jetting, but good starting point . I am going to make the inlet manifold for this engine to make the runner/port entry right.

Flanges for custom manifold.

Thanks for the replies Woz,

I take it you are using a non injection 2.0 based head?

Will be very interested to see this and the other engine develope.

Thanks, Shaun

Woz,

Looking good.

Will you be providing any bench figures for this head?

Any reason for using the 'EB' cast head? I have heard many mixed reports on these but the majority seem to think they have a thinner casting..., have you found otherwise?

Thanks, Shaun
