Whoppa, I have just purchased one and have started to fit it to my pinto bottom end, I have found its a lot more complicated than I first thought, and VERY costly. I have purchased a book by Des Hammill caled Ford sohc Pinto & Sierra Cosworth dohc engines High performance manual. It virtually gives you step by step instructions on the conversion. Invaluable

...Ah yes the discovery of the changes, for me two different cars means it is like a standard thing to do, one forgets after 10 years...Good luck, any "Q's" just holler Geoff...

Well i sold my head because it would be cheaper to buy an actual cosworth engine than it would be putting the head on a pinto. By the time u buy the cams, pulleys, manifolds etc etc, just a joke really.

Sorry to put a sour note on it- but thats just my experience..

cheers
