My local Autopro store here in Adelaide can get them new, they have a catalogue with line drawings of standard aftermarket wheel nuts, I got a complete set for my 1976 Mk2 which have a flange on them to hold the hub caps on - an oddity for that year.
Autopro are a national chain so there should be a store near you
Might pay to take a sample in with you, as they are available with a range of different angles on the cones & various lengths.
